We are looking for an Accountant/Bookkeeper to Balance Sheet to be based in our office in Brackenhurst, Alberton.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
- Preparing of monthly Financial reports for various companies timeously and accurately
- Ensuring all outstanding/prepaid expenses are provided for based on Suppliers Statement of account
- Reconciliation between GL details and suppliers Statement of account
- Checking of Income Statement accuracy
- Preparing annual audit packs
- Completed Accountant/Bookkeepers Course
- Property Management experience will be advantageous
- 3 – 5 Years in an Accountant/Bookkeeper to Balance Sheet role
- The ability to work within a team is essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written
- Strong attention to detail and Process
- Deadline driven
- Able to work independently or as a Team Player
- Sound judgement and quick decision-making is key
- Excellent accounting software user including Microsoft Windows applications i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Pastel experience essential.
